We're Hiring | Assistant Manager / Manager – Research Program & Knowledge Management
The Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Manager / Manager – Research Program & Knowledge Management.
As the statutory body established under the Actuaries Act, 2006, IAI is committed to advancing the actuarial profession through excellence in education, professional standards, and ethical practice.
Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
Eligibility
• Graduate or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Management, Finance, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
• 5–12 years of experience in research coordination, consulting, academia, policy research, or a professional body.
• Experience in insurance, pensions, financial services, or actuarial research will be an advantage.
Key Skills
• Research project and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, academic writing, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of research methodologies and publication standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and research collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate end-to-end research projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with researchers, regulators, academic institutions, and industry stakeholders.
• Support committees through meeting coordination, documentation, and governance activities.
• Manage research publications, knowledge repositories, and quality standards.
• Organise research seminars, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Track research outcomes, prepare reports, and support impact assessment.
