Assistant Manager / Manager – Projects (Civil)📍 Chennai (OMR – Padur) | 🏗️ Real Estate | 🕒 Full-time
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Civil Project Professional to lead and manage high-end residential and commercial real estate projects. This role involves end-to-end project execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery with quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in line with organizational goals
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Handle bill certification and contractor/vendor payments
- Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies for approvals
- Oversee infrastructure development (roads, drainage, landscaping, water supply)
- Ensure timely project completion and handover to the sales/marketing team
- Prepare and present MIS reports and project updates
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, finance, legal, sales)
What We’re Looking For- 🎓 B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 💼 7–10 years of experience in high-end residential & commercial projects
- 🏗️ Strong expertise in project execution & infrastructure development
- 📊 Experience in billing, BOQs, and reporting (MIS)
- 🤝 Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
