We are looking for a Procurement professional with experience in
corporate interior fit-out / managed office spaces. The candidate will be responsible for handling
end-to-end procurement activities for projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CAPEX & OPEX procurement for projects
- Handle vendor sourcing, evaluation & onboarding
- Lead price negotiations and cost optimization
- Ensure timely material procurement as per project timelines
- Work closely with design, projects & finance teams
- Maintain and manage procurement activities in SAP MM
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor network
Requirements
- Experience in corporate interiors / fit-out / co-working industry
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, CAPEX & OPEX
- Hands-on experience in SAP MM
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills
- Relevant experience as per role (Assistant Manager / Manager level)
