Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, based in Kolhapur, offers flexibility with occasional work-from-home options. As an Assistant Manager/Manager in International Electrical Product Sales, you will be responsible for driving international sales by identifying market opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring outstanding service to clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting thorough market analysis, developing sales strategies, coordinating with internal teams for product development, and ensuring seamless communication with international clients. You will also support the execution of sales plans to expand the company's presence in overseas markets.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Market Analysis, Market Research, and understanding international markets
- Proven Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess market trends, and devise actionable strategies
- Excellent Communication skills, including proficiency in both verbal and written communication
- Experience or knowledge in Research and Development (R&D) to align sales strategies with product innovation
- Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to work cross-functionally with product development and client engagement teams
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in international B2B sales and relationship management will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
