Role Description
We are looking for a high-energy, client-facing sales professional to drive enterprise business in the CPaaS space.
This is a field sales role involving direct interaction with decision-makers, solution consulting, and deal closures.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across BFSI, Healthcare, EdTech, E-commerce, Retail, etc.
- Conduct in-person meetings with CXOs, IT Heads, and Digital teams
- Pitch CPaaS solutions (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS APIs) and Gen-AI Chatbot/Voicebot offerings
- Deliver product demos and consultative presentations
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Negotiate and close deals in collaboration with pre-sales teams
- Ensure smooth onboarding and transition to customer success teams
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of B2B / Enterprise Sales experience in CPaaS
- Understanding of CPAAS industry products i.e. Cloud Contact Centers, messaging, voice, or WhatsApp solutions is must.
- Proven experience in field sales and client meetings
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand business problems and position solutions effectively
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
