Role Description
The IOD Foundation is looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as Assistant Manager/Manager – CSR Projects. The role involves managing end-to-end CSR initiatives through fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and impactful project implementation aligned with organizational goals.
Employment type: Full time / Part time
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate CSR projects and programmes
- Support fundraising and resource mobilization through partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable CSR guidelines, policies, and statutory requirements
- Prepare project proposals, reports, presentations, and documentation for management and project partners
Desired Profile
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Sociology, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in CSR, social development, project management, or a related area
- Strong communication, networking, coordination, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Passion for social impact, CSR, and community development
Office Location - GK-II, New Delhi
Working Days & Timings - Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
