🚀 We’re Hiring: AM / Manager – Cost Accountant

📍 Location: Sector 136, Noida

🎓 Qualification: CMA Inter/CMA / ICWA (Mandatory)

🧑‍💼 Experience: 5–8+ years (Manufacturing industry required)

🔍 About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical Cost Accountant to manage the end-to-end product costing lifecycle. This role will play a critical part in driving cost efficiency, margin optimization, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

💼 Key Responsibilities

📊 Cost Planning & Modelling

• Build and maintain detailed cost models for new and existing products

• Analyze BOMs and production routings to ensure accurate cost capture

• Set and update standard costs in SAP

📈 Financial Control & Analysis

• Perform monthly variance analysis (Actual vs Standard) and identify key cost drivers

• Reconcile costing data with financial accounting

• Monitor inventory valuation (WIP & Finished Goods) to ensure accuracy

🧠 Strategic Business Partnering

• Deliver margin analysis across products, customers, and regions

• Drive Design-to-Cost initiatives with Engineering & Production teams

• Prepare ROI and cost-benefit analysis for investments and process improvements

🛠 Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Financial Modelling)

• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools

• Exposure to AI-driven analytics or automation tools is an added advantage
