Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role within the Client Servicing team, based in Mumbai. The role involves managing key client relationships, leading projects across multiple stages, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution from brief to delivery.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing projects, contributing strategically during planning stages, and leading communication with confidence and clarity.
What You'll Do:
- Lead day-to-day communication with clients and build strong working relationships.
- Manage projects independently across planning, execution, and closure stages.
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans alongside internal creative and production teams.
- Drive timelines, follow-ups, approvals, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, budgets, reports, and meeting notes with attention to detail.
- Lead on-ground execution and ensure smooth delivery across events and activations.
- Anticipate challenges proactively and drive solutions under pressure.
- Support junior team members with coordination, planning, and execution guidance.
- Contribute meaningfully during brainstorming, pitch preparation, and strategy discussions.
Ideal Candidate
- 3 to 4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management within the events / experiential marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of event planning, production processes, and on-ground execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, solution-driven, and dependable.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments and taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Experience in experiential marketing, events, activations, or integrated agencies is a MUST.
