Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager for our Cashless department in a full-time, on-site role located in Sagwara. The role involves managing the end-to-end cashless claim process, liaising with insurance companies, and ensuring timely approvals and disbursements. The candidate will communicate with patients and clients to ensure smooth handling of cashless claims, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant protocols. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes for efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience with cashless insurance claim processing and health insurance management.
• Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and data management systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for coordinating with patients, internal departments, and insurance providers.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
• Problem-solving skills to address issues and improve operational processes effectively.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare administration is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team in an on-site healthcare environment.
