Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Assistant Manager / Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, monitoring team performance, and working on strategic projects. The role will also include identifying areas for business improvement, ensuring effective communication within and between teams, and striving to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and influence team members effectively.
- Operational management experience and knowledge of compliance with industry standards and policies.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them to drive business performance.
- Proficient communication and collaboration skills to foster an engaging work environment and manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to identify improvement areas and implement solutions effectively.
- Three to five years of professional experience in relevant roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
