We’re looking for an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing professional to lead content strategy, brand presence, and performance-led campaigns across platforms.

To accelerate this transformation, Ventura has built a dedicated fintech vertical focused on digital innovation, modern platforms, and data-led marketing. This role sits at the centre of that execution engine.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
- Drive content ideation and execution for Reels, Shorts, and long-form videos
- Plan, create, and optimise paid ads & UGC creatives using A/B testing and performance insights
- Analyse audience behavior, competitor activity, and campaign metrics to improve engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with SEO, Design, Product & Performance Marketing teams for cohesive campaigns
- Manage performance-focused email marketing and newsletters
- Present insights, reports, and recommendations to internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media (BFSI experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of content strategy, performance marketing & analytics
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, & YouTube Studio
- Ability to turn data into actionable marketing insights
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skill
