Location: Mangalore, Karnataka
Salary: ₹12–14 LPA
Experience: 8+ Years
Working Hours: 8 Hours Duty
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities in the Sunflower/Palm Oil Refinery.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, plant, and machinery to achieve production targets.
- Monitor Neutralization, Bleaching, Deodorization, Fractionation, and Packing operations.
- Ensure product quality, yield improvement, and process efficiency.
- Implement production plans as per SOP and safety standards.
- Control raw material consumption and minimize losses.
- Prepare daily/monthly production reports.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, QC, PPC, and Stores departments.
Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering with relevant experience will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of edible oil refining processes.
- Experience in production planning and process optimization.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with DCS/PLC systems will be an advantage.
