We are currently looking to hire for the role of Assistant Manager / Manager – PMS & HR Analytics for our organization. Please find the detailed job description below:
Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager – PMS & HR Analytics (depending on experience)
Department: Human Resources (HR Operations / HR Systems / HR Analytics)
Location: Kolkata
Key Responsibilities: Independently manage end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycles Drive goal setting and implementation of KRA frameworks across departments Coordinate KRA tracking, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisal processes Manage rating normalization and prepare increment consolidation reports Develop MIS dashboards and drive automation of HR reporting processes Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with defined HR processes Draft, standardize, and implement SOPs and structured HR workflows Configure and manage PMS modules within HRMS platforms Coordinate with HRMS vendors for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and upgrades Generate appraisal reports and analytics from HRMS systems Maintain employee master data integrity within HR systems Support automation of HR workflows including approvals, review cycles, and notifications Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new HRMS features and process changes Train stakeholders on HRMS modules related to PMS and reporting Identify and implement opportunities to digitize and streamline manual HR processes Key Requisites: 7+ years of experience in HR Operations with strong exposure to PMS cycles Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end Performance Management Systems (PMS) Strong understanding of KRA/goal setting frameworks and appraisal processes Experience in HRMS platforms (configuration, reporting, and vendor coordination) Proficiency in MIS, dashboards, and HR analytics (advanced Excel preferred) Experience in rating normalization and increment planning processes Exposure to SOP creation, process standardization, and workflow automation Strong data management skills with high accuracy and governance orientation Experience in UAT testing and HRMS implementation/enhancements Good stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to drive process improvements and digitization initiatives Key Competencies / Candidate Profile: Highly detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and data integrity Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple timelines and processes efficiently Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt Strong team player with a collaborative approach High level of ownership and accountability Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Willingness to learn and build understanding of the Real Estate industrybudget
