Assistant Manager / Manager – Corporate Marketing
Department: Marketing
Experience Required
5–10 years of experience in Corporate Marketing / Corporate Sales.
Educational Qualification
MBA in Marketing preferred.
Work Schedule
- Working Hours: 8.5–9 Hours per day
- No Night Shifts
- Operations run 365 days a year
- If assigned to work on a Sunday, a compensatory off can be availed later.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize health talks and awareness programs in corporate organizations.
- Develop and maintain corporate partnerships, tie-ups, and strategic alliances.
- Drive brand communication and promotional activities across corporate clients.
- Coordinate patient follow-ups for treatment conversion and relationship management.
- Achieve assigned targets related to registrations and treatment cycles.
- Introduce and implement innovative initiatives in corporate marketing.
- Organize corporate events, deliver presentations, and generate business leads.
- Develop strategies to increase opportunities for networking and engagement within the corporate sector.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide regular performance updates to management.

Required Knowledge & Competencies
- Corporate relationship management.

- Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service industry marketing will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for corporate meetings, events, and client engagement activities.
