Assistant Manager Maintenance
Responsibilities
- 1.Carry out repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner.
- 2.Establish a Preventative Maintenance Program and regularly verify that it is applied and its effectiveness is measured.
- 3.Improve equipment reliability by increasing the mean time between failure (MTBF) while reducing the mean time to repair (MTTR).
- 4.Report breakdown root cause, equipment faults and concerns and trends to the management and support production team in achieving high OEE.
- 5.Responsible for deciding technical specifications for new capital or spare purchase & Spares Management. Also responsible for successful installation of Machineries in the plant.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical )
- 7-8 years in Maintenance or Engineering in Plastics Processing Industry
