Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Loyalty Sales, based in Chennai. The responsibilities include developing and managing customer loyalty programs, building and maintaining relationships with loyal customers, analyzing customer data to drive strategic sales opportunities, and managing projects related to the sales and loyalty domain. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer retention.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Loyalty Programs and Customer Loyalty initiatives
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and act on data
- Experience in Project Management, including planning and execution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
