🔍 Open Positions:
Assistant Manager – Legal (5+ years of experience)
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end litigation and dispute resolution matters
Conduct legal research and analysis
Draft, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, complaints, and supporting documentation
Liaise with regulatory authorities and external counsel
Ensure compliance with court orders and legal timelines
Oversee proceedings and provide regular status updates
Prepare reports and updates for management
✅ Mandatory Requirement:
Prior hands-on experience in litigation and dispute resolution
