ASSISTANT LEGAL MANAGER
We are looking for a Legal professional with strong contract management experience. The role will focus on contract drafting, review, and risk evaluation for various business agreements.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and articulate contracts such as vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements
• Evaluate contracts for risk exposure, liability, indemnity, termination, and compliance
• Provide legal support on bids, employee, and company contracts, including terms and obligations.
• Ensure agreements align with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper contract documentation and records
Requirements
• 2–4 years’ experience in corporate legal / contract management roles
• Bachelors in Law (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of contract drafting and legal clauses
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
