Role Description
The Assistant Manager Learning & Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Ramnagar. This role involves designing and implementing training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills, conducting training sessions, and overseeing the onboarding process for new team members. Additional responsibilities include evaluating employee performance to identify areas for development, maintaining training records, and working closely with department heads to align training initiatives with company goals. Participation in enhancing overall customer service standards is a crucial aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong Training & Development and Training expertise to design and deliver impactful learning programs
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage employees and uphold superior guest experiences
- Proficient Supervisory Skills to guide and mentor team members effectively
- Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for performance improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry, is a plus
- Passion for fostering employee growth and maintaining high service standards
