Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager Lead Generation for an on-site, full-time role based in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads to drive the growth of Naandi Water's outreach efforts. Daily tasks include conducting market research, prospecting potential partnerships and clients, managing lead data, supporting marketing strategies, assisting with sales campaigns, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to foster partnerships that align with Naandi’s mission. The role also includes collaboration with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of lead generation initiatives.
*Role Description*:
1. Lead Generation & Management:
Research & database building.
Contact leads & network with potential donors/clients.
2. Feasibility Studies:
Assist in evaluating project feasibility.
3. Proposal Development & MoUs:
Coordinate proposal financials and MoUs.
4. Project Management:
Oversee smooth project setup and inauguration.
5. Donor & Management Reporting:
Prepare donor and management reports.
Track donor correspondence.
6. Awards & Social Media:
Support award applications and social media strategy.
Person Specifications:
Experience: 3+ years in social impact/CSR.
Skills: Research, Relationship Building, Communication, Presentation, Negotiation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's (Business, Social Work). Sales B2B experience is a plus.
