Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Last Mile Operations based in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager will oversee and optimize last-mile delivery operations, ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. The role includes managing a team of delivery executives, monitoring performance metrics, resolving on-ground issues, and strategizing to improve customer satisfaction. The candidate will also ensure compliance with company policies and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, delivery operations, and supply chain management
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and performance optimization
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics tracking, and reporting tools
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with last-mile delivery technology and operational tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to driving service excellence
- Bachelor’s degree is must.
- Experience in the healthcare or e-commerce industry is a plus
