Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the ceiling industry, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales projections, and achievements to present to senior management.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the ceiling industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to address customer needs effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field; MBA is a plus.
