Job Summary
- Drive project sales growth and key account management in the assigned territory.
- Build strong pipelines and forecast accurately for plasters and board product portfolios.
- Manage customer relationships and influence key stakeholders (developers, architects, consultants).
- Identify and convert new opportunities into long-term revenue-generating business.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, business compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and specification targets for projects within the territory.
- Build and manage project pipelines, ensuring timely forecasting and conversion.
- Generate specifications and influence decision-makers such as clients, architects, PMCs, and contractors.
- Execute key account strategies, including relationship building, solution selling, and delivery coordination.
- Identify and penetrate new market segments, product applications, and customer groups.
- Develop and maintain strong market intelligence on competition activity, pricing, and product positioning.
- Support promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and technical engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams for order execution, documentation, and statutory compliance.
