Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Manager IT role, located on-site in Panvel. The position involves overseeing IT operations, managing technical teams, and ensuring the efficient functioning of IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining systems, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and leading the deployment of new technologies. The role also involves collaborating with cross-departmental teams to meet the company's IT needs effectively and ensuring data security compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Skills in project implementation and management, with the ability to lead technical teams
- Experience with data security standards and best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in a management or supervisory role within IT operations is a plus
