Job Summary
Profile -
The IT Compliance Analyst is a key member of the Management Assurance Group (MAG), responsible for ensuring that all technology systems, processes, and initiatives comply with internal policies, ISO standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. The role safeguards the organization against operational, legal, and security risks by implementing robust compliance frameworks, monitoring adherence, and providing guidance across IT projects.
This position acts as a bridge between IT, business, internal audit, and risk management, ensuring that technology investments and digital processes support organizational objectives securely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compliance Management
Ensure IT systems and processes comply with organizational policies, ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 22301), regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Develop, implement, and maintain IT compliance frameworks and procedures aligned with ISO standards.
Conduct periodic compliance assessments and audits to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
1. Risk Assessment & Mitigation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT risks across systems, applications, and projects.
Support the design and implementation of mitigation strategies to minimize operational, legal, and security risks.
Monitor key compliance and risk indicators and report on trends.
2. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate compliance documentation to support audits, ISO certifications, and regulatory inspections.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management on IT compliance status.
Track remediation actions and ensure timely closure of compliance findings.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with IT, operations, and business teams to embed compliance into day-to-day processes.
Provide guidance, training, and awareness sessions on IT policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
Act as a liaison between the Management Assurance Group and business units for IT compliance matters.
4. AI-Driven Innovation
Identify opportunities to apply AI for improving security process
Stay updated on emerging AI tools that support the organizational functions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to pilot, implement, and scale AI-enabled solutions in line with business objectives.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Master is added advantage.
Minimum 8 years of proven experience in IT compliance, audit, or governance roles.
Understanding of IT regulatory requirements, internal controls, and ISO standards (especially ISO 27001, ISO 22301).
Proficiency in IT systems, tools, and compliance monitoring software.
Hands on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), including cybersecurity fundamentals, access controls and data security practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, report-writing skills and ability to operate successfully in a cross cultural environment.
