Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves supporting and managing projects aligned with the philanthropic goals of Tata Trusts. Responsibilities include designing and executing strategies, monitoring project progress, collaborating with stakeholders, and preparing detailed reports and presentations for internal and external audiences. The candidate will also contribute to research and analysis to ensure initiatives remain aligned with organizational objectives and address community needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Planning, strategy development, and project management skills
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration with government bodies, NGOs, and private organizations
- Strong research, analysis, and reporting abilities
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Ability to work well in a diverse, team-oriented environment
- Understanding of social sector and philanthropic projects in areas such as health, education, livelihoods, or related fields
- Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred
