Purpose:
To conduct internal audits across various functions to ensure compliance with organization’s policies and processes to identify areas for improvement in internal control and risk management.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of Marketing and Plant locations.
- Perform audits and identify control gaps.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
- Interact with various departments during audits.
- Preparation of Draft audit reports highlighting observations, risks, and recommendations.
- Preparation of Audit Committee Folder and distribution. Monitoring all subsequent changes and updating the folder accordingly till board meeting.
- Outstation Audit tours 8-12 days in a month.
KEY Performance Indicators:
- Completion of Audit as per Audit Plan.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
Qualification:
A Chartered Accountant having over 2 years’ experience in Internal Audit and Risk Assessment.

- Skill in analyzing financial and operational data to detect anomalies.
- Proficiency in using SAP and MS Excel for data analytics.
- Maintaining proper audit documentation and working papers.
- Uses logical reasoning to identify root causes and business impact. Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in audit work.
