Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Internal Audit, based in Jaipur. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing internal audits, ensuring adherence to established processes, and evaluating financial records and internal controls. The role involves collaborating with teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, preparing audit reports, and identifying areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Audits and Accounting fundamentals
- Proven experience with Internal Controls and evaluating compliance across business functions
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess financial data and identify key insights
- Solid knowledge of Finance principles and their application in an audit environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a CA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
