Job Description (JD) – Assistant Manager/ Manager - Industry Partnership & International Mobility
Key Roles Responsibilities (KRA)
1. Industry Engagement; Partnership Development
· Develop now and maintain strong engagement with potential industries, employers, associations, chambers, and
corporate stakeholders. Pertaining to the Care Economy.
· Identify and convert potential Industry Partnerships (IP) into long-term strategic collaborations.
· Build partnerships for apprenticeship, placement, job fare workforce development, training, and CSR
initiatives.
· Coordinate with industry representatives for sector-specific skilling requirements and demand.

· Maintain regular communication and relationship management with existing partners.
2. International Mobility & Global Collaboration
· Support and facilitate international mobility initiatives for skilled workforce opportunities.
· Support partnerships with overseas employers, international agencies
· Coordinate global workforce mobility programs
· Assist in identifying international employment opportunities and mobility pathways for candidates.
· Promote international standards and best practices within the skilling ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, International Relations,
Marketing, or related field.
· Additional certification in Business Development, International Relations will be an advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Proven industry engagement and partnership development skills.
·Passionate & Result Oriented
· Ability to manage industry meetings, stakeholder engagements, and networking events.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Understanding of the skilling ecosystem, apprenticeship, workforce mobility, and employment initiatives.
· Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, reporting, and documentation.
· Ability to work independently and in a target-oriented environment.
· Willingness to travel.
Preferred Experience
· 3-5 years of experience in the above domain
· Experience working with Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), government projects, industries, or international
workforce mobility programs will be an advantage.
