Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for an Assistant Manager in E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Proposal. The role involves preparing detailed proposals for Electrical & Instrumentation work, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams, and managing activities related to project bidding and tender submissions. Other responsibilities include evaluating tender requirements, creating cost estimates, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and specifications. The Assistant Manager will also engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of proposals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation engineering principles, including system designs, specifications, and standards
- Proficiency in proposal writing, cost estimation, and technical documentation
- Project coordination and management skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in tender evaluation, procurement planning, and vendor management
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies for Electrical & Instrumentation project planning
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in the water, wastewater, or utility sector is an added advantage
- Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
