Monday to Saturday working (10 AM - 7 PM)
Talent Acquisition (70%) along with HR Operations support (30%).
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing
coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding for clinical and corporate roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define recruitment
strategies aligned with business goals.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals,
and headhunting for specialized medical and corporate roles.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles across clinics, corporate
functions, and research divisions.
Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, candidate experience, and stakeholder
communication throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline health,
and offer acceptance rates.
Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization in career fairs,
recruitment drives, and industry networking events.
Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure structured hiring processes and
compliance with internal policies.
Support onboarding, induction programs, and documentation for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical documentation.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs in collaboration with
the payroll team.
Assist in ensuring statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, and HR
documentation standards.
Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and HR events.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data for audits and management reviews.
Assist in performance management processes and training coordination when
required.
