HR Executive/ Assistant Manager – Svenska Design Hotel, Electronic City, Bangalore

Svenska Design Hotels is a European chain of boutique hotels from Sweden with 600+ hotels worldwide and 40 hotels in India

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruitment & Selection: Identify staffing needs, source candidates, and manage hiring processes
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process salaries, and ensure statutory compliances
• Employee Engagement: Execute rewards & recognition programs and support performance appraisals
• Employee Relations: Address grievances, foster communication, and resolve conflicts
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 5+ years in HR (2+ in the hotel industry)
• Education: Degree/ Diploma in HR, Business Admin, or related fields
• Skills: Strong HR knowledge, labor law compliance, recruitment expertise, and MS Office proficiency
• Salary: ₹3.00 – ₹4.20 LPA (Based on experience)
