HR Executive/ Assistant Manager – Svenska Design Hotel, Electronic City, Bangalore
Svenska Design Hotels is a European chain of boutique hotels from Sweden with 600+ hotels worldwide and 40 hotels in India
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment & Selection: Identify staffing needs, source candidates, and manage hiring processes
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process salaries, and ensure statutory compliances
- Employee Engagement: Execute rewards & recognition programs and support performance appraisals
- Employee Relations: Address grievances, foster communication, and resolve conflicts
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 5+ years in HR (2+ in the hotel industry)
- Education: Degree/ Diploma in HR, Business Admin, or related fields
- Skills: Strong HR knowledge, labor law compliance, recruitment expertise, and MS Office proficiency
- Salary: ₹3.00 – ₹4.20 LPA (Based on experience)
