Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Jalandhar. The Assistant Manager will oversee HR operations, support recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, and handle workforce planning. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with labor laws, administering training and development programs, maintaining HR policies, and contributing to an inclusive and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and policy development
- Skills in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Experience in training, development, and performance management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or electric vehicle industry is a plus
