Job Title: Assistant Manager – HR

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager – HR. The role requires strong expertise in both sales and plant hiring, along with basic exposure to HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and plant/industrial roles.
Handle bulk hiring requirements for plant operations.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Partner with stakeholders for manpower planning and hiring strategies.
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
HR Operations (Basic Exposure):
Assist in onboarding documentation and employee record management.
Support in attendance, leave tracking, and coordination with payroll team.
Maintain HR databases and employee records.
Help in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in sales hiring and plant/industrial hiring is mandatory.
Basic understanding of HR operations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
4–7 years of relevant experience.
Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
