Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and junior positions across departments
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and role specifications
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical/managerial interviews, and manage offer processes
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and recruitment dashboards
- Negotiate compensation within defined budgets and ensure offer closure within TAT
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure seamless joining of candidates
- Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and consultants
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities when required
- Continuously improve recruitment efficiency through process optimization
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience in corporate, consulting, or high-volume hiring environments preferred
