Job details:
HR Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
End-to-end recruitment for all levels (frontline, supervisory, and corporate staff)
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate onboarding & induction programs.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
Address employee grievances and maintain positive work culture
Organize training, workshops, and team-building activities
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee documentation
Assist in payroll processing, performance appraisals, and HR audits
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
HR Strategy Support:
Assist HR Manager in workforce planning, policy implementation, and reporting
Support HR projects to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification is a plus (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent)
2–4 years of relevant HR experience
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRMS systems
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
Attention to detail and high level of organization
