We're Hiring | Assistant Manager – Human Resource

We're looking for someone to own HR — build systems, enforce accountability, drive performance culture, and grow with a fast-moving multi-vertical organization.
If you've spent 4–7 years actually doing HR — not just processing it — this role is for you.

🎯 What You'll Own
✅ End-to-end HR operations across the organization
✅ Policy implementation, SOPs, and compliance framework
✅ Performance management — appraisals, PIPs, and closures
✅ Attendance, payroll, and HRMS management
✅ Quality hiring and full-cycle recruitment
✅ Employee engagement, grievance resolution, and discipline
✅ Strategic HR planning in collaboration with leadership
✅ Building and leading the HR team
🔍 Who We're Looking For
→ 4–7 years of hands-on HR experience
→ Strong in PIP management, policy enforcement & SOP creation
→ Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance
→ Experience with HRMS/payroll tools
→ MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred) | BBA/BA minimum

💰 Compensation
₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month | Based on experience and interview.
