Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-ownership HR professional with 4–5 years of experience to play a key role in building and strengthening our HR function. This role sits at the intersection of HR CoE, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partnering, with a strong focus on execution and system-building.
You will work closely with leadership to design scalable HR frameworks while also partnering with business teams-especially Sales and Corporate functions-to drive talent strategy, performance, and employee experience.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building from scratch, solving business problems through HR, and operating in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR CoE & Systems Building
- Design and implement HR frameworks including policies, compensation structures, performance management systems, and L&D programs
- Drive standardization and scalability of HR processes across the organization
- Contribute to strategic HR initiatives such as workforce planning, analytics, and organizational development
Talent Acquisition (Sales & Corporate)
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Corporate functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Build and manage talent pipelines through multiple channels (portals, referrals, direct sourcing)
- Improve key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
- Create structured interview processes and ensure strong candidate experience
HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
- Act as an HRBP for Sales and Corporate teams, aligning HR initiatives with business goals
- Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback loops
- Support leaders in team structuring, workforce planning, and productivity improvement
- Work on employee engagement, retention strategies, and culture-building initiatives
- Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, conflict resolution, and exits
Operational Excellence & HR Tech
- Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and implement data-driven improvements
- Drive adoption and effective use of HRMS/HCM tools and ATS platforms
- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms for HR metrics and insights
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand evolving talent and organizational needs
- Support change management and organization-wide initiatives
- Contribute to succession planning and capability building
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 4–5 years of relevant HR experience (mix of TA, HRBP, or CoE preferred)
- Education: MBA in HR or related field preferred (not mandatory)
- Core Competencies: Strong execution capability with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Good understanding of HR processes across recruitment, PMS, and employee lifecycle
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort with data, metrics, and HR tools
