Purpose of the Role :
The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving the people's agenda across the Hyderabad & Tamil Nadu regions (approx. 500–600 employees). This role is key to enhancing organizational capability, executing HR strategies that enable employee growth and development, and delivering an exceptional employee experience — building a culture that truly makes us a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities :
● Own the People Agenda for assigned business units, ensuring seamless execution of HR priorities and initiatives.
● Partner with business and leadership teams to identify people priorities and design interventions that foster a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
● Lead talent management and development efforts, including capability-building initiatives, succession planning, and performance management.
● Provide day-to-day HR consultation to managers on people-related matters such as performance, engagement, and employee relations.
● Address and resolve complex employee issues in collaboration with line managers and business heads, ensuring fairness and compliance.
● Leverage data and people analytics to monitor workforce metrics, attrition trends, and succession pipelines — driving proactive action plans.
● Communicate effectively across internal channels to promote policies, benefits, and people programs that enhance engagement and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
● 6+ years of experience in an HRBP or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
● Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
● Proven ability to design and implement talent development and capability-building programs.
● Analytical mindset with experience using people data to generate insights and guide decisions.
● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
