We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our growing team.
🔹 Position: Assistant Manager – HR
🔹 Eligibility & Requirements:
• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant HR experience
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR operations
• Working knowledge of HR compliance and labour laws
• Experience with HRMS software (HR One preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Employee onboarding, documentation and induction
• Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
• HRMS management and employee records maintenance
• Employee engagement and performance management support
• HR policy implementation and compliance
• Coordination with internal teams and management
