Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, Human Resources, based in Haveli. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Additional responsibilities include maintaining HR policies, conducting performance appraisals, organizing training programs, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The role also involves working closely with department heads to align HR strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Experience in training facilitation, performance evaluation, and employee development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage employee relations and workplace dynamics
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring teams
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant certifications in HR management or labor laws are a plus
- Proficiency in HR management software is desirable
