Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources based in Coimbatore. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, payroll management, and performance evaluation processes. The role involves implementing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, providing guidance to employees and management, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
  • Strong knowledge of employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Expertise in payroll management, HR operations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • Proficiency with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters or certifications like HRM, PHR, or SHRM-CP are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or related industries is highly beneficial.
