📌 Job Description – Asst. HR Manager

Location: Juhu–Andheri, Mumbai

Role: Contractual

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 Years in HR Operations


🔹 Key Responsibilities

* End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

* Managing employee lifecycle processes (joining, confirmation, exit formalities)

* Handling payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

* Implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

* Managing employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement activities

* Maintaining HR records, documentation, and MIS reports

* Supporting performance management and appraisal processes

* Overseeing day-to-day office administration and facilities management


🔹 Required Skills & Competencies

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Knowledge of recruitment tools, portals, and HR software

* Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance

* Organizational and multitasking abilities

* Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

* MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile

* Graduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role

  • * Experience in real estate, hospitality, or student housing industry will be an added advantage
