Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and payroll support, in a fast-paced medical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
Preferred Experience:
- 7-8 years of HR experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing or healthcare/medical device industry
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
