Role Summary:
The Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - HR is responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition, induction, confirmation, and HR operations for the Healthcare Vertical. The role partners closely with business leaders and supports the HR Manager in delivering timely hiring, structured onboarding, and smooth employee lifecycle management.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
- Partner with business heads, hospital administrators and lab managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT, especially for critical healthcare.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, consultants, referrals, and campus hiring.
- Manage recruitment vendors to ensure quality, compliance, and cost control.
Offer Management, Induction & Confirmation
- Generate, release and track offer letters in line with approvals and compensation guidelines.
- Coordinate joining schedules and structured induction programs for new employees at your respective unit.
- Ensure smooth induction and orientation to integrate employees into the organization.
- Release probation and confirmation within the timelines and coordinate confirmation approvals.
HR MIS, Reporting & Management Support
- Prepare HR MIS, hiring trackers.
- Provide data-driven hiring and manpower insights to the HR Manager.
- Support performance appraisal cycles and probation reviews.
- Assist in employee engagement, communication and grievance handling.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience: 5-7 years in Talent Acquisition & HR Operations, preferably in Healthcare, Hospitals, Diagnostics, or Multi-location organizations
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and offer management
- Experience in induction, confirmation and HR operations
- Ability to manage high-volume and multi-location hiring
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
