Role Description The Assistant Manager Human Resources role is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting and managing core HR operations at CliniLaunch Research Institute. Day-to-day tasks include handling recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and coordinating performance management activities. The role involves assisting in policy implementation, ensuring compliance with relevant employment regulations, and supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will collaborate with leadership and team members to address HR queries, support training and development programs, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.

- Candidates should possess skills in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, feedback processes, and employee engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy implementation, compliance awareness, and basic labor law understanding.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in data management, HR reporting, and proficiency with HRIS or related tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR generalist or assistant manager role, preferably within education, healthcare, or clinical research sectors.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and collaborate across teams.
