Job details:
HR Data Management & HRIS:
• Manage and maintain accurate employee records.
• Ensure data consistency, confidentiality, and
compliance across all employee-related documentation.
• Handle employee lifecycle data management from
onboarding to offboarding.
• Regularly audit and update employee information in HR
systems to ensure data integrity.
2. HR Operations & Process Improvement:
• Own and optimize core HR processes such as onboarding, induction, payroll inputs, leave and
attendance tracking, employee communications, and exit formalities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of operational activities like background verification, compliances etc.
• Proactively identify gaps in processes and recommend/implement improvements for efficiency and
employee experience.
• Provide accurate reporting to accounts and operations teams.
3. Talent Acquisition:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
• Draft and post job ads on various job boards, social media, and internal channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interview rounds, feedback collection, and final selection.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
4.Performance Management:
• Coordinate the end-to-end performance appraisal cycle,including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual assessments.
• Guide employees and managers on the effective use of performance management tools and systems to ensure timely completion of reviews.
• Handle all the operational transactions during the appraisal and increment cycles.
5. Compliance & Policy Adherence:
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESIC, gratuity).
• Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with legal standards and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
6. HR Initiatives & Project Support:
• Support HRBPs and leadership in rolling out key HR projects – including performance management cycles, engagement surveys, and other miscellaneous programs.
• Assist in coordinating training sessions, employee feedback activities, and wellness initiatives.
7. Employee Relations & Support:
• Be the go-to person for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture through prompt, courteous, and professional communication.
8. HR Reporting & Analytics:
• Generate periodic reports and dashboards related to headcount, attrition, payroll inputs, attendance, and more.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights that drive better decision-making.
