Role Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Human Resources to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Assistant Manager HR will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives. Daily responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, adherence to labor laws, payroll and benefits administration, and fostering a positive work culture that reflects the values of the organization.
Qualifications
- Well-versed with entire HR operations and employee life cycle
- Proficient in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
- Proficient in HR software systems and data analysis tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage team dynamics
- Ability to create and implement training and development programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
