Position Details : Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Human Resource ( Candidate should be from Construction Industry/ Real Estate/ EPC organization )

Division / Function: Human Resource

Reporting To: Senior Manager HRBP

Location: Mumbai


Candidate Requirements

  • Qualification: MBA
  • Work Experience: 8 - 12 Years


1. Primary Role

Lead end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, campus relations, MIS governance, and induction processes for field and non-field roles. Drive process excellence in alignment with corporate HR policies while ensuring strong stakeholder management across functions and regions.


2. Key Responsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition

  1. Identify manpower requirements and vacancies across all levels for field and non-field roles.
  2. Manage JD finalization and coordinate with Corporate TA for all Manager-level and above positions to ensure timely closures.
  3. Lead vendor development by preparing consultant agreements aligned with corporate-approved terms and ensuring hiring compliance.
  4. Ensure strict adherence to the corporate TA process and recruitment governance standards.
  5. Manage campus relations and coordinate with institutes for trainee hiring, events, and engagement initiatives.

B. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  1. Prepare and release offer letters; manage end-to-end documentation and onboarding support.
  2. Maintain employee personal files and ensure real-time accuracy of all data in HRMS (HRKwik).
  3. Update organizational information including position mapping, RA1 mapping, hierarchy, etc., in HRKwik.
  4. Manage the complete exit cycle including clearance, documentation, and coordination for F&F settlement.

C. Induction & Integration

  1. Drive the monthly corporate induction plan for all new joiners across the organization.
  2. Ensure effective implementation of induction and integration programs as per defined guidelines.
  3. Conduct and publish reports for 30, 60, and 90-day feedback cycles for new joiners.

D. MIS & HR Analytics

  1. Prepare and publish monthly HR MIS covering attrition, headcount, and onboarding status.
  2. Conduct exit trend analysis and share insights with leadership for action planning.
  3. Track monthly manpower budgets as per defined norms and highlight variances with root-cause analysis.

E. Payroll

  1. Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly payroll inputs with validated data in HRMS.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams to capture attendance, payout days, and all salary-related inputs.
  3. Act as process owner for the payroll cycle for NP and ensure seamless coordination with PIL HR Ops.


Specific Candidate Profile

  • Mandatory experience in the Construction / Infrastructure industry.
  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations in a multi-location environment.
  • Proven ability to handle large-scale hiring, vendor management, and campus engagements.
  • Hands-on expertise in HRMS platforms, documentation accuracy, and compliance-driven HR processes.
  • Strong analytical ability with experience in MIS reporting, manpower budgeting, and HR data analysis.
  • Ability to independently manage stakeholders across regions, drive processes, and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and execution discipline.
