ROLE PURPOSE:
We are looking for a highly process-oriented HubSpot Specialist to own and optimize the organization’s end-to-end CRM ecosystem across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
This role requires hands-on expertise in HubSpot administration, automation architecture, sales process optimization, marketing operations, CRM governance, reporting infrastructure, and cross-functional workflow management. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing a complex multi-team HubSpot environment while driving operational efficiency, process standardization, and CRM adoption.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the administration and optimization of HubSpot CRM including pipelines, workflows, lifecycle architecture, automation logic, permissions, and reporting structures.
- Design and manage scalable workflow automation for lead routing, deal management, customer engagement, task automation, SLA tracking, notifications, and operational processes.
- Build and maintain advanced dashboards, KPI tracking systems, and operational reporting for leadership visibility and pipeline governance.
- Manage CRM data governance including segmentation strategy, deduplication frameworks, enrichment, standardization, and large-scale data operations.
- Execute and optimize email automation, lead nurturing, outbound sequences, and customer engagement workflows.
- Coordinate and maintain integrations between HubSpot and external platforms including automation, communication, and data systems.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to streamline business processes, improve CRM adoption, and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Create SOPs, operational frameworks, training materials, and user enablement processes for scalable CRM usage.
- Troubleshoot workflow dependencies, automation issues, reporting inconsistencies, and process bottlenecks across the CRM ecosystem.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, system refinement, and process optimization.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM Administration, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
- Experience supporting both B2B and D2C operational workflows.

- Ability to independently manage complex CRM processes with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
